Any incomplete emails will not be processed.

Article 1: Purpose and general provisions

General Sales Conditions determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the
framework of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.

These Conditions
General Terms of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of Products, made through the Company's websites which are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the

Article 6: Delivery terms

The products are delivered to
the delivery address which was indicated when ordering and the deadline indicated.
This deadline does not take into account the order preparation time.

The Seller provides a contact form to ensure customer service follow-up. The Seller points out that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. Article 6-2: Delivery times

The processing time for your packages is 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) in addition to the delivery times mentioned below.

Delivery costs: delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer in full. These fees vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.

At a relay point: the customer has the choice between selecting the relay point they want or letting us select the relay point closest to their address.

Orders are generally dropped off at a relay point 1 to 2 times a week.

The customer has 8 days to collect their package from the relay point, otherwise it will be returned and we will deduct all delivery costs covered by the company.

These times are an estimate, they may vary significantly depending on demand and the quantity of packages to be prepared. The order still remains
on time as long as the shipment does not exceed 14 working days between the
date of confirmation of the order and notification of dispatch of the
merchandise.

Article 7: Availability and presentation

Orders will be
processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stock availability
available from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable for
a period of more than 100 working days, you will be immediately notified
predictable delivery times and the order for this item may
be canceled upon simple request. The Customer can then request a credit for
the amount of the item or its refund.

debited after verification of the information.

In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment
payment given by card is irrevocable. By providing his banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit his card for

Article 9: Exchange or refund

All products sold on our site are refundable, except products on sale.
We do not do exchanges, only returns.

Once the package has been received by Alba Paris and if the products meet the conditions of
returns, your request will be processed within 48/72 hours excluding weekends.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
